If you move to a new property, no penalties apply. The unused, pro-rata value of your existing contract will be credited toward a new 12-month AMC for your new home.

If you choose to cancel your contract entirely, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund of 75% of the remaining value. A 25% retainer fee is applied to cover initial service setup, labor, and materials.
